We need self-motivated, confident, and collaborative sales professionals to join our Business Development team.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified prospects, uncover their challenges, review our solutions with them and enroll future clients in a free trial. For more strategic opportunities, the BDA will facilitate demonstrations of VeriShip’s software with a Sr. Account Executive.
- Gain subject matter expertise of VeriShip’s solutions within the multibillion-dollar parcel shipping market
- Make daily outbound calls following up on targeted marketing efforts
- Initiate and nurture meaningful business discussions with prospective customers to discover key challenges they face
- Meet and exceed goals for lead qualification and new opportunity creation
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Possess limitless ambition, goal orientation, and a desire to fail fast and learn quickly
- Intensely motivated by a strong compensation plan
- Take 100% acceptance of responsibility for results
- Lead generation or prospecting experience preferred but not necessary
- Previous inside sales experience with software is a plus, but not required
