My company has a guaranteed service refund (GSR) waiver. Can VeriShip still audit our parcel invoices?

All small parcel carrier service levels guarantee delivery by a certain date and time. In our ten years of holding parcel carriers accountable to their promises, we’ve discovered that many organizations mistakenly waive their right to late delivery refunds. That’s where we come in.

Does the carrier incur a fee with Parcel Pay?

The carrier will incur a small interchange fee; however, they optimized those fees to be minimal. Carriers accept this form of payment and the associated costs are a part of doing business.  

If there is a concern on the parcel agreement, it’s important to note that payment method, technology credits, and any value-adds should never influence or impact contract discounts.
