We are thrilled to offer the first and only predictive analytics platform for logistics and the increased value it will provide to our clients. We’re confident that you’ll be impressed with the cutting-edge software and the easy-to-understand, 360-degree analytics of your data.
We will migrate all existing VeriShip clients to the new Sifted platform over the next few months. After your data has been successfully migrated, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that your data is ready to be accessed in the new platform. Rest assured, all your data will be securely available in the new platform.
Once your data has been successfully migrated and you receive a notification that your account is ready to go, your VIP access will be transferred to the Sifted platform.
When will I migrate?
We have developed a staggered approach toward clients migrating from our existing VIP application to the Sifted platform. The good news is that there is no effort needed from you! We’ll handle all the heavy lifting.
Here’s what you can expect:
- 30 days prior to your migration cutover date, you’ll receive an email to notify you that we’re starting to migrate your data behind the scenes.
- 5 days prior to the data migration completion, you’ll receive another email notification letting you know we’re getting close to wrapping up the process.
- Lastly, once your data has successfully been migrated onto the new, improved platform, you’ll receive a final notification telling you that you’re ready to access it!
Will I still receive invoices from VeriShip?
How do I log in to the Sifted platform?
As part of the secure data migration process, you’ll be able to use the same username and password as you did in VIP. Be on the lookout for the email welcome notification letting you know that your data has been successfully migrated to Sifted and your account is ready for you to log in and navigate all the great new features.
What can I expect from the Sifted platform?
Both VeriShip and Sifted have been busy talking to our customers and following the shipping industry closely to understand the struggles you experience as a parcel shipper. As a result, we are well on our way to providing you a best-in-class platform to manage all your carrier shipping information in one place while allowing you to compare your carrier services.
We can provide you with the ability to model packaging and the costs associated with shipping a package based on your carrier agreements, where your distribution center is located and how cost effective that is, and to perform your own contract simulations to help identify how your carrier contract can best save you money on shipping.
All these solutions exist today and we will be working closely with our customers to continue to bring value in these areas as well as the many other opportunities we’ve identified. Working together, we will bring a great deal of industry knowledge and speed to deliver new solutions for our customers.

Will I still be able to access VIP?
How will I know how to use the new platform?
One of the great benefits of the new platform is its sleek, easy-to-use interface. We think you’ll find that the platform is intuitive and simple to navigate.
Your welcome email will include an overview video that guides you through the new platform and its features so you can start using it immediately. We think you’ll agree that the new-and-improved platform will provide you with instant value from day 1.

Bill Pay clients: How will I ensure my bills are getting paid?
There will be no impact to your Bill Pay services in the near future. We’ll continue to service your account as-is today with no impact to you.
Coming soon, you will be able to approve payments within the new platform. We’ll send out an email notification to announce the in-app approval feature when it is released.
There will be no immediate impact to the Amazon platform. We will continue the service as it is today with the VIP metrics dashboard.
