We need self-motivated, confident, and collaborative sales professionals to join our Business Development team.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified prospects, uncover their challenges, review our solutions with them and enroll future clients in a free trial. For more strategic opportunities, the BDA will facilitate demonstrations of VeriShip’s software with a Sr. Account Executive.


  • Gain subject matter expertise of VeriShip’s solutions within the multibillion-dollar parcel shipping market
  • Make daily outbound calls following up on targeted marketing efforts
  • Initiate and nurture meaningful business discussions with prospective customers to discover key challenges they face
  • Meet and exceed goals for lead qualification and new opportunity creation


  • Possess limitless ambition, goal orientation, and a desire to fail fast and learn quickly
  • Intensely motivated by a strong compensation plan
  • Take 100% acceptance of responsibility for results
  • Lead generation or prospecting experience preferred but not necessary
  • Previous inside sales experience with software is a plus, but not required

We need a self-motivated, certified, and experienced Corporate Trainer to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Corporate Trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel.

The ideal candidate is a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.


  • Obtain a deep and thorough understanding of the business and parcel industry
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions
  • Develop, plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  • Supervise training budgets
  • Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations, etc.
  • Train and guide new employees
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training
  • Conduct follow up trainings when necessary
  • An emphasis in developing our commercial/sales teams


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a training position
  • Experience with an e-learning software
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
